Starting $20/hr plus commission eligible upon hire with an uncapped earning potential!

As a part of our team, after one (1) year of employment you will receive two (2) Travel Tickets annually which equates to $650 per ticket! You can fly anywhere in the world your heart desires!

This position is based on the Island of Oahu. You must be living on island to be considered for the position. If interested, you must complete an online application.

We are now hiring Concierge Sales Agents who will serve as Ambassadors of Aloha to help others experience our beautiful Island in ways they will never forget. As a Concierge Sales Agent you will be working closely with our guests to book their activities and tours while they are on the Island of Oahu. You may also be booking tours and activities on the neighbor islands for our guest depending on their travel needs.

This position will be based at a hotel concierge desk. We have multiple hotel locations within Waikiki.

Salary: $20/hr + uncapped earning potential on commission

Status: Full Time available

Qualifications :
Prior experience in sales and/or customer service (1-3 years, preferred)

Experience in working within the tourism/hospitality/travel field (highly preferred)

Exceptional sales and customer service skills (highly preferred)

Knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands

Knowledge of the Tours and Activities we have to offer (training provided)

Ability to grasp customer requirements and cater to individual needs.

Love for interacting with people from different cultures.

Ability to take initiative, work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)

Basic computer literacy (required)

Experience using a POS system (preferred, training provided)

Able to read, write and speak English fluently (required)

Able to read, write and speak Japanese fluently (REQUIRED)
